Allergies

We make every effort to keep our students safe by asking parents to refrain from sending any food that contains peanuts or tree nuts.  Students that have a food allergy are asked to complete a medical form that includes a doctor's signature indicating items for substitution and outlining appropriate medical action to be taken should the student have an allergic reaction.  This form can be picked up from the school office.
